Role OverviewDesign prompts & helper functions that steer AI agents across voice, chat, and email
Integrate Polish customer APIs, databases, CRMs, ticketing, and internal tools so agents can execute real tasks
Test with live data, measure performance, and fine-tune for reliability
Meet Polish customers to gather requirements, demo progress, and iterate quickly on feedback
Work side-by-side with product & engineering to ship solutions fast
RequirementsBachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related STEM field
Excellent Polish and English, written & spoken
Experience in technical, customer-facing roles (integrations, solutions engineering, etc.) – a strong plus
Hands-on skills with APIs, backend logic, and system integrations
Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and passion for AI
Prior experience with conversational AI or large language models – advantage
