IT Project Manager, Cybersecurity, Systems Administrator, IT Consultant
We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on IT Director to lead enterprise technology operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital systems across a complex, multi‑department environment. This leader will be responsible for setting IT strategy, ensuring secure and reliable systems, and driving technology initiatives that support organizational goals and service delivery.
This person will oversee all aspects of IT operations including network infrastructure, cloud systems, enterprise applications, end‑user support, and cybersecurity. They will also manage vendor relationships, lead project execution, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
In addition to technical leadership, this role requires strong people leadership, financial oversight, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure technology solutions.

Amery, WI - Hybrid - ideally 3-4 days/week onsite
Salary Range: $130k-$150k base salary

- Lead the overall IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems roadmap
- Partner with leadership teams to assess technology needs and align solutions with organizational goals
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations including network, servers, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and end‑user systems
- Manage cybersecurity posture, risk mitigation strategies, and ongoing compliance requirements
- Direct disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts
- Oversee IT budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and cost optimization initiatives
- Lead IT projects from planning through execution, including scope, budgeting, vendor management, and delivery
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Hire, develop, and lead a high‑performing IT team
- Ensure high availability and reliability of mission‑critical systems and services
- Monitor service performance metrics, system health, and operational effectiveness
- Support regulated data environments and ensure compliance with applicable standards and audits
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and IT budgets
- Strong background in infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and IT operations
- Experience with cloud platforms, network architecture, and enterprise applications
- Proven ability to manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and large‑scale projects
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business communication for leadership teams
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
- Excellent communication and organizational leadership abilities
- Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or security‑focused credentials preferred
