Our client, a leading organization in the engineering and construction industry, is seeking a dedicated IT Service Desk professional to join their team. As an IT Service Desk, you will be an essential part of the IT support team, providing vital assistance across the company to ensure seamless technology operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, aligning successfully within a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

Job Title: IT Service Desk

Location: Brownsville, Wisconsin

Pay Range: $20/hr+

What's the Job?
  • Serve as the first point of contact for company-wide IT support requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries related to computer systems, software, and hardware issues.
  • Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and to gather feedback on support experiences.
  • Support mobile devices, including activation, configuration, upgrades, and deployment, utilizing mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
  • Assist with maintaining and upgrading mobile devices, software, and applications to ensure optimal performance.
What's Needed?
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience with 0-4 years of relevant IT support experience.
  • Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems and Apple technologies.
  • Experience with Active Directory and mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record for supporting mobile device deployment and related activities.
