System Engineer

We are seeking a full-time System Engineer to work in our Marathon, WI corporate office or in a hybrid environment. The selected candidate will have a high level of experience installing, configuring, hardening, patching, maintaining, and troubleshooting, both physical and virtual workstations and servers. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
Active Directory experience, including adding/removing computers from the domain, user account administration Group Policy creation administration and troubleshooting Server Virtualization experience, especially with VMWare VSphere/ESXi, including installation and configuration, snapshots and backup management Server/Workstation backup and imaging experience Windows Server/Desktop Operating system installation and configuration, including locating and installing correct drivers Citrix Xen Desktop experience with application provisioning, desktop delivery, and access gateway configuration and support Must have a proven record implementing and maintaining stringent security concepts Good understanding of networking concepts, packet switching, routing, VLANS, etc, is a plus

Bachelor's Degree is desired A minimum of five (5) years practical technical Windows system administration experience Participation in the development, implementation, and adherence to Technical Services documentation, system standards, policies and procedures Experience with Windows Workstation and Server Operating Systems Security Compliance Knowledgeable of hardware and software troubleshooting methods The ability to work independently, as well as working within a team Mentor and be mentored by the team Limited travel is required (less than 10%) Willing to be on call (rotation) and work limited weekends Good oral and written communication skills
