This internship provides real-world, hands-on experience as a network technician, business analyst, and end-user support specialist-building practical technical skills, strengthening problem-solving abilities, and gaining valuable exposure to both IT infrastructure and business operations, all while making a meaningful impact in a professional environment.

Rotate through IT, gaining exposure to:

• Actively learn PI's environment, business applications, tools, and standards
• PI Help Desk operations – serve as contact ownership from start to finish
• Basic hardware setup, imaging, and deployment
• Workstation moves, setups, and peripheral installations
• Operating systems, business apps, and device platforms
• Security, access controls, and acceptable-use policies
• Testing new systems or enhancements to ensure specified requirements are met
• Provide a professional customer service experience

Actively pursuing a 2 or 4-year degree in IT related field

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office

Demonstrate a problem-solving, critical thinking, positive attitude and eagerness to learn

You must be able to lift basic office equipment up to 25 pounds.
