TMC Luxembourg is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for one of its clients.

You will join a financial services environment where you will support and enhance business applications used by internal users across different regions. You will act as a key link between business teams and IT, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient resolution of issues. You will analyze business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and contribute to application improvements. You will be involved in production support, bug fixing, and evolutive maintenance activities.

You will collaborate closely with IT teams and end-users to ensure system stability, performance, and user satisfaction.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis or requirements engineering within financial services (banking, insurance, or investment sector)
• Strong experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira for planning and tracking
• Solid understanding of end-to-end business analysis activities including documentation, requirements gathering, and solution design
• Experience in application support including incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
• Ability to act as a single point of contact for users and coordinate effectively with IT teams
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to create structured documentation such as business cases, requirement specifications, and user manuals
• High adaptability, autonomy, and willingness to learn new systems while contributing to continuous improvement and automation initiatives
