Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Primary Focus – Power Platform Development (60%)
Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to support business processesBuild and maintain Power Automate flows (cloud and desktop) for workflow automationCreate and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for business insightsAssist with SharePoint and Dataverse integrationsWork with data from SQL, APIs, and flat files to create automated pipelinesDevelop scripts (Python preferred) for data transformation, automation, or integration tasksCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsDocument solutions and build reusable templates and standardsSecondary – Help Desk / Systems Administration (40%)
Provide Tier 1 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and applicationsAssist with Microsoft 365 administration (user provisioning, licensing, permissions)Support Intune and device management workflowsTroubleshoot connectivity, printing, and software issuesParticipate in onboarding/offboarding processesParticipate in auditsOther duties as assigned by managementQualifications Education
Preferred Some college or better in Information Technology or related field.
Experience
Required Must have basic understanding of;
Programming or scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar), Relational databases and data structures. Familiarity with;
Rest APIs or JSON data, SQL or database querying, SharePoint or Microsoft 365 ecosystem Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
