You will be our internal go‑to “automator” – the one who finds friction points in our business processes, proposes how to streamline them, and builds/implements AI solutions.

• Build AI solutions that eliminate manual work and save hours
• Experiment with tools, prompts, automation, and workflows
• Translate ideas into deployable solutions
• Work directly with teams across the organization
• Organize and host meetings and workshops on AI and digitalization internally

• Outgoing and motivated to build cross‑company relationships
• Curious, experimental, and self‑driven
• Can work structured and independently in a high‑complexity role
• Able to explain complex concepts in an accessible way
• Understand how company relationships function
• Experienced building AI agents that act as digital teammates
• Think in automation and smarter ways to do things
• Can initiate, build, and implement solutions

• Zapier, Power Automate, Copilot, Claude, Henosia, low‑code / no‑code
• Data, dashboards, or process optimization
