Position Title: Information Systems Specialist

Location: Upland Hills Health - Dodgeville Hospital Campus

Role & Department: Information Systems Specialist in the Information Systems Department

Hours & Shift: Full-time (1.0 FTE) day shift position, Monday through Friday

• The IT Specialist must have thorough knowledge of Windows Desktop and Server OS, networking, security protocols, and hardware installation and maintenance
• The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to details
• Duties will require interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve problems
• Excellent customer service skills are required

• Candidates must have a minimum of an Associate degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a closely related field
• Previous direct work-related experience is preferred but not required in this field
