- Flexible Hybrid schedule available based on business needs
- Local travel between properties as needed
- Lead desktop and help desk support, ensuring timely resolution of technology issues.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365
, including users, groups, permissions, policies, printing, updates, and alerts. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues; prioritize incidents and document resolutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, network equipment, printers, scanners, TVs, and other peripherals.
- Monitor systems and respond promptly to security, performance, and usability concerns.
- Support cybersecurity, fraud prevention, backups, and data-protection processes.
- Maintain surveillance cameras, video conferencing, phone systems, and door-entry systems, including Door King, ButterflyMX, and Amazon Key.
- Manage IT hardware, software, and equipment assets.
- Coordinate with vendors and coworkers to resolve technology issues.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions for new or upgraded systems.
- Develop and maintain IT procedures, standards, and documentation.
- Integrate technology into new construction projects.
- Partner with owners to address IT needs, including occasional onsite support at personal residences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology preferred.
- 7+ years of Information Systems experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft operating systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of PC operating systems, networking, printing, and application support.
- Strong critical-thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective and professional communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and strategic thinking.
- Strong commitment to customer service, ownership, and timely issue resolution.
- Ability to identify and recommend technology solutions that support digital transformation.
