About the Role
This role is a great entry point into the organization for someone who enjoys problem solving, customer interaction, and working in a fast‑paced business environment. You'll play a key role supporting customers from order entry through postshipment and invoicing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience every step of the way.
Location & TypeLocation: Kohler, WI (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Type: Contract‑to‑Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexible)
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and distributor accounts (B2B).
- Support order entry, order tracking, and fulfillment coordination.
- Troubleshoot and resolve billing and invoicing issues.
- Communicate with customers primarily via email and occasional phone calls.
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, operations, and finance.
- Track and manage data using tools like SAP, Salesforce, and Excel.
- Support postsale processes, including returns, shipment issues, and discrepancies.
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Experience (or interest) in business, supply chain, finance, or invoicing.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
- High school diploma required.
- Experience with SAP or Salesforce (Preferred).
- Experience in order management, billing, or operations support.
- Associate's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, flexibility available).

Job Type & LocationContract position based out of Kohler, WI.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
