Logistician Procurement (F/H)

The Procurement Logistician (F/H) ensures supplies are provided in quality and on time. Reporting to the Head of Planning and Procurement, your daily tasks will include:

• Ensuring the entry and follow-up of purchase orders, from verifying specifications to receiving confirmations of orders and monitoring delivery times.
• Reminding suppliers and/or subcontractors in case of delays and ensuring smooth communication with internal teams (planning, CSU, warehouse).
• Contributing to updating the supplier database (contacts, prices, delivery times, incoterms), updating item parameters, and managing purchase prices.
• Managing stock levels (restocking, safety thresholds, rotation) and being involved in dealing with overstocks or obsolescence.
• Participating in purchase forecasts in conjunction with Group purchasing teams, sharing forecasts with suppliers, and elaborating the budget.

Holder of a logistics degree (minimum Bac+2), you have experience in an industrial mass production environment.

You have advanced Excel skills and use an ERP system daily (SAP is a plus).

You regularly communicate in English in a professional context.

You are responsive, meticulous, and can manage priorities.
