ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with inventory related tasks as directed.
- Work directly with drivers.
- Verify all incoming shipments according to purchase orders and bill of ladings.
- Complete necessary paperwork for shipping or receiving as directed.
- Communicate and perform all shipping, receiving, inventory requests from purchasing, scheduling, and customer service.
- Operate forklift for loading and unloading trucks and other duties as assigned.
- Operate company fleet as instructed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Strategic planning for the growth and success of McDonald Plastic Molding.
- Participate in-group and individual training.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner while supporting and encouraging the company’s safety culture.
- Determine personal strengths and delegate workload that best fits each individual.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
- Perform all job duties with a positive, collaborative, and encouraging attitude.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh School Education and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
