Kohler Co. invites applications for its Operations & Supply Chain Leadership Development Program, a two-year, full-time rotation designed to fast-track high-potential engineers into leadership roles.
You will rotate across plants, planning, quality, sourcing, logistics, and manufacturing, gaining broad exposure while receiving mentorship and cohort-based development. Participants complete several 6–8 month assignments, contribute to strategic priorities, and prepare for full-time roles.
