Procurement & Site Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide contracted service procurement functions mill wide.
• Coordinate plant contracted services.
• Manage specified mill material vendors.
• Create analytical spend reports.
• Oversee plant services teams and truck drivers.
• Review and process purchase requests.
• Resolve invoice issues.
• Interview suppliers to obtain product, service, and delivery information.
• Source contracted services and negotiate vendor contracts.
• Prepare and publish specifications for bids.
• Evaluate bid responses.
• Conduct market research and cost reduction initiatives.

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a business related field or 5+ years of on-the-job experience in industrial services and component procurement.
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in an industrial setting (union environment preferred).
• Working knowledge of SAP P90 or newer with preference to procurement and reporting is desired.
• Demonstrated advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with outside resources including cross functional teams.
