Temporary Inventory Coordinator

Our client in Barron is seeking a Temporary Inventory Coordinator to join their team. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the supply chain process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inventory Coordinator - Temporary

Location: Barron, WI

Pay Range: $20/hr

Shift: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri

What's the Job?

• Serve as a customer advocate for order fulfillment and delivery processes
• Perform receivable functions including unloading, recording, encoding, and organizing products for efficient retrieval while safeguarding against damage
• Containerize and load products for distribution, ensuring accurate shipment records
• Coordinate inventory cycle counting, tracking, and documentation to maintain accurate stock levels
• Temporary position, estimated to end mid-October

What's Needed?

• Some computer & data entry knowledge
• Previous inventory experience in a warehouse setting
• Good math skills and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to understand and follow SOPs and safety policies
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
