Kohler seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead sourcing strategy across global manufacturing operations. You will develop category strategies, negotiate contracts, and build a resilient, sustainable supply base for materials and components used in Kohler's kitchen, bath, power, and hospitality products. Partner with engineering, operations, and finance to optimize total cost of ownership, drive quality and on-time delivery, mitigate risk, and support ESG goals.
Lead and mentor a sourcing team, leverage data and analytics, and champion continuous improvement in sourcing processes and supplier performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global category and sourcing strategies for key materials and components
- Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize total cost of ownership
- Build and manage a resilient, sustainable supplier base aligned with ESG goals
- Partner with engineering, operations, and finance to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing strategic sourcing team
- Use data and analytics to track KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Identify and mitigate supply, quality, and geopolitical risks in the supply base
- Support new product introductions with early supplier involvement and sourcing strategies
