Maintenance II

The Maintenance II performs maintenance and repair services necessary to keep the Marshfield Clinic Health Systems (MCHS) location buildings, grounds, and departments functioning safely and efficiently. This individual plans, prepares, and completes special projects adding value to MCHS properties. The Maintenance II maintains accurate records required for compliance with regulatory agencies and stays current with state‑of‑the‑art products.

• Perform maintenance and repair services on MCHS facilities.
• Plan, prepare, and complete special projects adding value to MCHS properties.
• Maintain records for compliance with regulatory agencies.

• Education: None required;
  Preferred:
  Diploma or degree in a building trade or mechanical discipline.
• Experience: Four years’ experience in mechanical maintenance; demonstrated experience with computers; ability to use logical reasoning principles to solve work‑related problems.
• Certifications/Licenses: Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license as verified through the appropriate licensing agency; must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to MCHS’s insurer.
