Maintenance Technician – Platinum Communities
Part‑time position in Slinger, WI. This role requires flexible scheduling and on‑call availability.
Responsibilities
- Conduct general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures.
- Perform preventative and responsive maintenance to maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents, families, visitors and staff.
- Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate on‑call duties as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
- Prior experience in a CBRF/RCAC environment preferred; willing to obtain CBRF/RCAC certifications.
- Fluent reading, speaking and writing in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work beyond regular hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills.
