Entry Level Maintenance Technician – Paid Training Provided


Platinum Property Management is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician in Schofield, WI. If you are reliable, hardworking, and want to learn a skilled trade, we will train you.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents (turnovers)
• Paint walls, trim, and touch-ups
• Clean common areas including hallways, stairwells, and laundry rooms
• Complete basic maintenance such as changing light bulbs and filters and making simple repairs
• Plow, shovel, and salt parking lots and walkways in winter
• Mow, trim, and maintain lawns in summer
• Complete work orders using a mobile app

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and on time
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Takes pride in clean, detailed work
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Available for early mornings and some weekends during snow events
• Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders
• Comfortable using a smartphone (training provided)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Experience in cleaning, painting, landscaping, snow removal, or handyman work is a plus but not required.

Training and Growth


You will start with turnovers, painting, cleaning, and grounds work. As your skills grow, you will take on more maintenance tasks and advance into a Maintenance Technician role.
