Join our team of caring professionals as a Floor Tech/ Housekeeper at Oconto Health and Rehabilitation Center in Wisconsin!

We are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community offering compassionate, resident-centered care in a warm, supportive environment that feels like home. As a Floor Tech, you will play a critical role in maintaining clean, safe, and polished floors throughout the building, supporting a high-quality environment for residents and staff.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing floors

• Operate and maintain floor care equipment such as buffers, burnishers, and scrubbers

• Clean and maintain hallways, common areas, and resident spaces

• Follow infection control and safety protocols

• Ensure floors are safe, clean, and presentable at all times

• Assist with general housekeeping duties as needed

• This position may also include housekeeping duties

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous floor tech or housekeeping experience preferred, especially in healthcare or long-term care

• Experience with commercial floor care equipment

• Strong attention to detail and safety

• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule

• Reliable with consistent attendance
