Project Manager, Marketing Communications; Hybrid

Compensation Range: $55.00 – $61.88 per hour
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Marketing Communications team.

• Project manages small to medium sized projects that support clients’ marketing plans and business goals as assigned by Program Manager and/or the Director of Communications Project Management.
• Project manages print, digital, and web projects in partnership with account managers and business marketing team.
• Coordinates, directs, and monitors work from internal Centers of Excellence for the projects managed. This could include, but is not limited to concept/layout, copy, design, photography, audio and video production.
• Produces project documentation as necessary including Communication Plan, Meeting Minutes, risk logs, weekly status reports.
• Develops project timelines and estimates (or confirms existing estimates) and manages to them in order to deliver all projects on time and on budget.
• Tracks project hours and expenditures against budget.
• Utilizes departmental project tracking system to enter project plans, resource allocation plans, project budget information and any other information as requested by Director of Communications Project Management.
• Prepares weekly status reports for all projects managed.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive and assertive approach to problem‑solving.
• Ability to build strong relationships with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
