This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hales Corners, WI. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance operations across 3 residential properties for a total of 686 units, ensuring optimal functionality and safety. Daily responsibilities include managing maintenance staff, executing preventive maintenance schedules, addressing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and overseeing equipment maintenance. The role necessitates effective team leadership and collaboration, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and standards to provide a top-tier living experience for residents.

• Experience in Supervisory Skills, including managing maintenance teams and overseeing their performance.
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure the longevity and proper functioning of all systems and tools.
• Strong knowledge of Maintenance & Repair tasks, including handling residential property systems and appliances.
• Ability to perform Troubleshooting to quickly and effectively identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and resident interaction.
• EPA and CPO certified, required or must obtain within 6 months.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school education or related experience preferred.
