HVAC Service Manager
Location:
McFarland / Madison, WI
- Pay: $37+/hour, based on experience
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 paid after successful first 90 days
- Paid training at company facility, manufacturer facilities, and corporate office (

- Lead & Mentor: Coach, train, and develop technicians to deliver world-class service
- Operational Excellence: Manage scheduling, dispatching, timecards, material inventories, billing, and warranty tracking
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct ride-alongs, inspect vehicles and tools, ensure jobs are done safely and to company standards
- Customer Focus: Resolve complaints, guide service staff, and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Profitability & Growth: Monitor expenses, optimize efficiency, and help the department grow

Experience:
Skilled in residential and commercial HVAC - Driver Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
