Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team in Roberts, WI. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our organization, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our team.

  • Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve organizational goals
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
  • Assist in inventory management and cost control measures
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment
  • Assist in scheduling and staff management
  • Participate in employee training and development initiatives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and processes
Qualifications
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in employee development and coaching
  • Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting relevant technology and software
  • Basic financial management knowledge, including cost control and budgeting
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to work
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business or related field is a plus
