Poste Description
Piloting the financial performance of a growing and transforming family group interests you? In direct connection with the General Management, you structure and secure the administrative and financial function of the group. You are the guarantor of the reliability of the data, the consistency of the indicators, and the solidity of the financial arbitrations. Daily, you work in proximity with the heads of entities and operational teams to strengthen performance, financial discipline, and quality of management.
You also intervene as a key partner in the conduct of transformation projects and growth initiatives of the group.
Your main responsibilities cover the following areas:
- Piloting the financial performance of the group and ensuring the reliability of consolidated accounts
- Supervising budgets, forecasts, and reporting, in connection with local directions
- Implementing and following cash pooling and cash flow optimization levers
- Structuring and improving management processes, methods, and tools
- Ensuring the quality of banking relationships and financial partners
- Supporting strategic decisions with clear and reasoned analyses
- Identifying and disseminating best practices within entities
Creating commitment among the CEOs of subsidiaries and being close to decision-makers
Directly managing the administrative and financial services at the headquarters
This position combines strategic piloting and field presence. You intervene closely with local teams to understand the specifics of each entity and support their sustainable performance.
Profile SoughtThis position is for an experienced professional in the financial function, capable of combining methodological flexibility, rigor, humility, strategic vision, and managerial proximity. You master the financial mechanisms of a structured group: consolidation, cash flow, profitability, investments. You know how to pilot performance over time and support managers in their operational choices.
Competencies and qualities expected:
- Solid expertise in corporate finance and team management
- Excellent mastery of banking relationships and cash flow management
- Ability to travel regularly and be present on the ground
- Ability to rally teams and create adherence around common objectives
- Fluency in English (C1-C2)
- Ability to reduce variability and disseminate best practices
- Analytical mind, management rigor, and clear communication
- Humility, sense of the collective, and ability to question oneself
