Director, Global Aftermarket Parts & Service
Senior leader responsible for driving the global aftermarket business into a high‑growth, margin‑accretive, recurring revenue engine. Own the global P&L for parts and service agreements and deliver sustained revenue growth, margin expansion, and lifecycle value across the installed base.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver sustained revenue growth and profitability through strong commercial discipline and installed base monetization.
- Identify and capture new opportunities across parts, service, and lifecycle offerings.
- Drive alignment to sales targets, strategic priorities, and P&L performance globally.
- Lead global pricing strategy and governance to ensure competitiveness and margin expansion.
- Improve price realization and reduce discount leakage through analytics and structured policies.
- Monitor and manage margins, taking proactive action to protect and grow profitability.
- Improve customer retention and lifecycle value through scalable global programs.
- Lead commercial performance across North America and EMEA and scale growth in emerging markets.
- Optimize distributor and channel performance to improve sell‑through and market penetration.
- Establish clear KPIs, accountability, and alignment with partners and key accounts.
- Partner with Supply Chain to ensure parts availability, service levels, and inventory efficiency.
- Lead forecasting, planning, and performance management aligned to revenue, margin, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure execution of commercial strategy translates into measurable financial results.
- Build and lead a high‑performing global team focused on sales growth, accountability, and execution.
- Develop capabilities in pricing, analytics, and service sales to drive business impact.
- Foster a culture of data‑driven decision‑making, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Implement standardized processes and digital tools (ERP, CRM, pricing systems) to enable scalable, data‑driven growth.
- Lead transformation toward a performance‑driven global aftermarket model.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 10–15+ years of leadership experience with P&L ownership and proven revenue growth delivery.
- Demonstrated success in pricing strategy, margin expansion, and channel management.
- Experience scaling global or multi‑regional commercial operations, including distributor networks.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with a data‑driven and results‑oriented approach.
- Sustained revenue growth and margin improvement.
