Job Duties
  • Oversee daily branch operations and lead a member‑facing team by example
  • Consistently provide members with exceptional service and outstanding value
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing members and truly make a difference in people’s lives
  • Regularly serve as a Member Service Representative in opening consumer loan/deposit accounts, answering questions on existing accounts, explaining CoVantage’s online/mobile services, and other responsibilities
  • Actively share information about credit union products and services to help members meet their financial needs
  • Coach employees to identify member needs and align products/services that will help members
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or three years of relevant work experience with related training
  • Have experience in consumer lending, credit cards, deposit accounts, and collections
  • Must possess highly effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software
  • Candidates able to read, write and speak Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply
