Location: Butternut
Butternut Box in London is seeking an experienced people leader to head the UK & Ireland Customer Love team. You will lead a group of capable team leaders, drive KPI performance, and champion a customer‑centric culture with warmth, care and pace.
This hybrid role requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and regular reporting to senior stakeholders. Travel to other locations and international travel are part of the role, and you’ll shape the customer experience across our brands.
