Lids - 575 Linmar Mall Ln - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up when Manager is not present;
Administer disciplinary steps including verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager;
Engage and motivate team; align their work with company objectives and store success;
Lead customer experience efforts to achieve KPIs and provide exceptional service
