Position: Community Manager: 32 Hours Per Week
Location: New Holstein

Community Manager – New Holstein & Chilton, WI

ACC is looking for a Community Manager to oversee 46 units consisting of senior and multifamily housing in New Holstein and Chilton. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable managing multiple communities, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.

What you'll bring:

  • Property management experience preferred
  • Affordable housing experience, including Section 8 or Section 42, is a plus
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Confident communication and resident service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Willingness to travel to Chilton as needed

Properties:

  • New Holstein: 24-unit senior/disabled community and 12 family duplexes
  • Chilton: 10 family duplexes
  • Mix of Section 8, Section 42, and Market Rate housing
  • New Holstein serves as the office and home base for the position

The schedule:

  • Full-time, 32 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule: four 8-hour days or Monday–Friday 6.5-hour days
  • Travel to Chilton as needed; no separate office is located there

Essential Duties:

  • Ensure complexes and vacancies are ready for showings and move-in dates.
  • Effectively communicate property features and amenities to all prospects.
  • Answer questions to all prospects and potential applicants in a timely manner.
  • Conduct showings of vacant units to all interested prospects.
  • Greet all walk-in traffic during open office hours and attend to all needs, questions, or complaints.
  • Address resident concerns and all maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Process all paperwork in accordance with company policies and Fair Housing requirements for new applicants, recertifications, and renewals.
