Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager II, Water Purification to lead the operation and regulatory compliance of multiple complex wastewater treatment systems at the Juda facility. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and environmentally sound water purification practices while maintaining compliance with all WDNR and EPA regulations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep technical knowledge of wastewater operations, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to foster strong relationships with internal teams, regulatory agencies, and the local community.
Qualifications- 2‑Year / Associate Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of six (6) years of related work experience, preferably in a food manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of the mechanical, biological, chemical, and disposal processes involved in the operation of a treatment facility.
- Knowledge of the mechanical, chemical, and biological operation of a digester system.
- Ability to make sound decisions regarding the operation of plant processes and equipment with a high degree of judgment.
- Ability to analyze and interpret laboratory tests for the purpose of making operational decisions or adjustments.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, including the ability to effectively speak and present information and respond to questions.
- Strong math, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to comprehend technical instructions/policies/procedures in written, verbal, or diagram form.
- 4‑Year / Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Training and/or experience in management/leadership.
