Cabinet Maker​/Finish Carpenter

We're hiring an experienced Cabinet Maker/ Skilled Carpenter to join our team in Sturtevant, WI. If you love working with wood, laminates, and specialty materials - and you want to see your work featured at events and installations across the country - this is the place for you.

• Cut, fabricate, and assemble millwork from shop drawings and renderings
• Build cabinets, displays, and specialty projects with wood, laminates, and solid surfaces
• Take ideas from concept to finished product, independently and with minimal supervision
• Perform both rough and finish carpentry
• Collaborate with other fabrication teams
• Occasionally travel for project installations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment

• Experience with woodworking tools (table saw, panel saw, routers, jointers, sanders, etc.)
• Ability to read detailed shop drawings and follow instructions precisely
• Strong measuring and math skills (down to 1/32")
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and deadline-driven
• Physically able to lift up to 65 lbs., stand for long periods, bend, stretch, and climb ladders
• Reliable commute to Sturtevant, WI (required)
• U.S. work authorization (required)

Hours:

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime

Pay: $26.00 – $32.00 per hour, based on experience
