Positions are Weekend shift Friday - Sunday 5am - 5:30pm.
Position Responsibilities- Work with finished delicate items, requiring good situational awareness and attention to detail.
- Use saws and routers on a daily basis.
- Apply basic computer skills and willingness to learn; work with standard and digital blueprints.
- Disassemble and assemble cabinets.
High School Diploma or GED required. Wood working, wood finishing or auto body & painting experience in a technical environment or completion of Technical Certificate in cabinet making preferred, or completion of current year youth apprenticeship program, in area of expertise.
Position Purpose
:
Under direct supervision, learns and performs the basic skills and functions related to fabrication of aircraft cabinets and other wood‑surfaced subassemblies using design and engineering drawings.
