• Act as an active participant in employee orientation, training, and follow‑up to ensure that facility policies and procedures are followed
• Implement daily production schedules within the quality guidelines controlled by the production system
• Work with other supervisors to manage the entire facility's housekeeping and sanitation programs within established guidelines and expectations
• Direct seasonal sanitation labor force on each shift during the processing season
• Implement and ensure compliance with facility & corporate food safety guidelines, Federal Regulations/GMP, and the facility foreign material control program
• Develop, implement, and maintain production process and system flow charts
• Provide direct supervision for production operations

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Self‑motivator
• Ability to support business needs in a multiple‑shift environment, including weekends, holidays, and off shifts
• Experience with computer software including Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, Google, web‑based systems, and mainframe software
• No prior production experience needed; willingness to train. Leadership experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college/university in a specialized or related field preferred, but not required

Pay range: $65,000 to $80,000
