Looking for a hands‑on job where you can learn, grow, and make an impact? As a Mill Technician
, you’ll help keep our milling facility clean, safe, and running smoothly, and you’ll build the skills to advance into an Assistant Miller role.
Compensation: $20-$22 per hour
Day shift hours
What You’ll Do- Support daily milling operations
- Clean and maintain production areas
- Perform quality checks and report issues
- Assist with equipment cleaning and upkeep
- Help keep the facility tour-ready
- Strong initiative and a positive, team-first attitude
- Attention to detail
- Mechanical curiosity
- Comfort using basic technology
- Willingness to learn — we’ll train you!
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read/write/speak English
- Comfortable working around noise, dust, heat, or cold
- Able to lift 30 lbs and climb stairs/ladders
