Ashley Furniture - - - Responsibilities:
Operate foam cutting machines (vertical/horizontal), conveyors, and related downstream equipment;
Load foam blocks onto conveyors, stack/bundle finished parts, and manage scrap foam;
Monitor foam quality, use SPC charts, record measurements, and identify defects;
Follow production schedules, manage material flow, and direct tasks for off bearers;
Perform basic machine upkeep, such as changing blades, and maintain a clean work area (5S)
