MIG and TIG Welder

Our client in Alma, MI, is seeking a MIG and TIG Welder to join their dedicated team. As a MIG and TIG Welder, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality aluminum items, including tubes, walls, and furniture frames. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, dedication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: MIG and TIG Welder

Location: ALMA, MI

Shift: 6 am to 2:30 pm
overtime can be heavy and include Saturdays

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Follow pre-established installation and quality methods, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency of work
• Read order‑specific job travelers and engineered drawings to produce items to exact specifications
• Use welders and various hand tools to fabricate aluminum tubes, wall frames, and furniture frames
• Complete all job duties within given time constraints while maintaining quality standards

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous MIG and TIG welding experience REQUIRED
• Attention to detail and excellent problem‑solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow instructions
