Available Shifts

Days: 6AM - 6PM 4 Days On / 4 Days Off

Nights: 6 PM – 6 AM | 4 Days On / 4 Days Off
- Shift Premium
:
Earn an extra $3/hour and an extra 40 hours of PTO for night shifts!

Compensation

$23 - $26 per hour

$5,000 sign-on bonus!!!

What You’ll Do
  • Operate and monitor milling equipment to ensure smooth, efficient production.
  • Adjust machinery settings to meet product specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep equipment running at peak performance.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure every product meets our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with your team to improve processes and drive results.
  • Keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with milling equipment (preferred but not required).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
