Overview
Join Didion as an Ethanol Load Out Operator
, a hands-on role that ensures safe, accurate, and efficient loading of industrial alcohol and ethanol co-products. This is an entry-level position with clear opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within the plant.
1st shift (5:30am-3:30pm) with overtime requirements
Monday - Friday with on call rotation every 4 weeks
Compensation: $20-$24/hour
What You’ll Do- Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures
- Support loading of trucks and railcars
- Take product samples and help ensure quality standards
- Monitor process flows and troubleshoot issues
- Operate forklifts, lifts, and other equipment
- Perform basic inspections and preventative maintenance
- Complete required paperwork and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- End Loader experiece preferred
- Ability to follow established processes and work independently
- Positive team attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy environments
- Lift 55 lbs repeatedly
- Climb stairs and ladders frequently
- Work safely at heights and in confined spaces
