Location:
Cambria, WI
- 6am–6pm (2-2-3)
- 6pm–6am (4 on/4 off)
- Night shift: +$3/hr premium + 40 additional hours of PTO
Compensation: $21-$25
Sign-on bonus: $5,000
Join Didion as an Load-Out Technician, a critical role that ensures safe, accurate, and efficient loading of grain-based food products. You’ll be cross-trained on multiple systems—giving you flexibility, skills, and career growth.
- Manufacturing experience (food environment ideal)
- Ability to operate/learn automated equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Forklift experience (certification provided)
- DCS experience preferred but not required
- Lift 55 lbs
- Work in noise, dust, heat, cold
- Climb stairs/ladders; work at heights over 20’
