QUICK SUMMARY
The Production Assistant role is a great entry point into the prototyping and manufacturing industry. In this position, you'll support CNC operations while learning foundational skills in 3D printing, casting, finishing, and inspection.

This role offers hands-on exposure, mentorship from experienced team members, and opportunities for skill development and career growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
:

• Assist with CNC production support activities
• Support basic 3D printing and casting processes
• Perform finishing and inspection of prototype parts
• Track work progress and materials in ERP

REQUIREMENTS
:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools
