Pay & Perks

* $22/hour starting pay with advancement opportunities
* $3/hour night shift differential (when applicable)

Schedule

* 2-2-3 rotating schedule (12-hour shift)

* Work only half the month

* Built-in days off + predictable rotation

What You'll Do

* Operate equipment such as skid steers, dingos, telehandlers, loaders, and man lifts

* Monitor plant operations to ensure safe, efficient production

* Perform routine plant inspections and report issues

* Clean up material spillage (sand, rock, mud) and maintain clean work areas

* Wash down floors and properly dispose of waste materials

* Pull product samples and support quality control standards
