Manpower - - Responsibilities:
Operate equipment to produce a safe, quality product, including forklift operation and repetitive lifting tasks;
Perform testing and checks for Critical Control Points (CCPs) accurately;
Cross-train and operate multiple processes within the production line;
Maintain high standards of sanitation, personal hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP);
Document production activities clearly and collect product samples in a sterile manner
