Manufacturing - Refrigeration Assembler

• Assemble, braze and process refrigeration systems for all refrigerated display cases
• Perform leak test, evacuate, charge and test refrigeration systems
• Perform Di‑electric with stand tests and all other performance tests to ensure refrigerated display cases operate as designed
• Bends copper tubing using tools to fit appropriate coils; solders pieces together; places “charge” on coil to test for leakage
• Occasionally changes the tank of dry nitrogen
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma and at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass required EPA certifications (training provided)
• Previous brazing, soldering, or welding experience preferred (will train on job)
• Knowledge of basic electrical wiring preferred
• Ability to interpret blueprints or bills of material preferred
• Ability to be cross trained in other areas

• Ability to use tools (e.g.: drill)
• Solo lift up to 49 pounds regularly
• Team lift 50-100 pounds frequently
• Team lift more than 100 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) while performing tasks
