What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Tooling Machinist, you'll work alongside experienced machinists and toolmakers while developing valuable technical skills.

You'll have the opportunity to:

* Learn how to sharpen and maintain tooling components using precision grinding equipment

* Assist with machining operations including drilling, milling, turning, and CNC machining

* Help build, repair, and maintain molds and tooling used in manufacturing

* Learn CNC machine setup and make basic program adjustments

* Read and interpret prints, measurements, and specifications

* Maintain quality standards and follow safe work practices

* Keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized and ready for use

* Collaborate with tooling, engineering, and production teams to solve problems and improve processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Technical coursework, certification, or degree in Machining, Manufacturing, Tool & Die, Machine Tool Technology, or a related field

* Previous experience in a machine shop, manufacturing environment, internship, or technical program

* Familiarity with basic machining tools and measuring equipment
