Ornua is actively seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the Ornua Family as we continue our growth trajectory. This position will play a key role in preparing cheese products to ship to customers. The Warehouse Associate will prepare, receive, order and export warehouse deliveries, to reduce job site content and consumables.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Re‑palletize cheese that has cooled down under 50 degrees.
- Sample and check the cheese as required and deliver to the Quality Control lab for testing.
- Stack pallets of properly cooled cheese while inspecting the boxes for damage or any other variation; report deficiencies to proper parties.
- Clean up spills in a timely manner and keep work area orderly.
- Perform duties following all good manufacturing practices (GMP’s) including food, equipment, and operating safety requirements.
- Complete all necessary cleaning and workplace sanitation requirements.
- Record production/warehousing information in a tablet, scanner, computer or by hand.
- Identify variation in cheese manufacturing processes, troubleshoot and report to supervisor if unable to resolve.
- Attend all required company training.
- Flexible to support work in all areas as needed.
- Other duties may be required as needed to meet production demand.
- Ability to communicate in English
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior forklift operation
- Previous warehouse experience
- Work as a member of a team
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and act upon them

This role requires regular standing, walking, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 60 pounds. Employees must be able to perform repetitive motions and safely operate equipment while following all safety and quality procedures.
WORKING ENVIRONMENTWork is performed in a food manufacturing facility with variable temperatures — cooler warehouse areas and warmer production zones. The environment includes exposure to moving equipment, moderate to loud noise levels, and required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, hearing protection, gloves, and hairnets.
