Production Manager
We are seeking two Production Supervisors — one for 1st shift and one for 2nd shift — in Vernon and Monroe Counties, Wisconsin. These are well-established food manufacturing operations that have been producing fresh, locally processed, high-quality products for over 30 years.
This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can truly influence culture, performance, and team development.
What You’ll Own:- Lead, coach, and develop production teams to drive shift performance
- Ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, QA, and other shift leaders
- Enforce GMPs, food safety standards, and company policies
- Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and drive resolution in real time
- Communicate shift performance metrics, planning needs, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership
- 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing (dairy experience preferred)
- Proven ability to lead teams and hold accountability
- Strong understanding of GMPs and food safety compliance
- Experience working with production data and reporting systems
- Mechanically inclined and capable of operating production equipment
- Motivated, solutions-driven, and a clear communicator
