Cheese Production Specialist – 3rd Shift
Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
As a Cheese Production Specialist under the direction of the Shift Production Supervisor, you will provide bulk cheese to production lines and operate cheese cutting/shredding equipment.
CompensationStarting Pay (Level I): $25.10 per hour. After 90 days (Level II): $26.97 per hour. Plus a $1.00 shift differential.
Responsibilities- Perform manual lifting and carrying (up to 40 lb.) of cheese for cleaning, placing, and loading onto production lines.
- Remove all packaging from cheese.
- Inspect bulk cheese for mold or contaminants, removing and cleaning as needed.
- Lift and place cheese on conveyors (5–40 lb per lift).
- Operate all automated and manual cutting systems.
- Operate all shredding equipment.
- Maintain records of bulk cheese usage using RF inventory scanners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Able to reach, grasp, and lift 40 lb. frequently, occasionally up to 60 lb.
- Can stand for extended periods.
- Consistent and reliable attendance to maintain staffing and meet commitments.

- Ability to visually inspect product for quality.
- Proficient in basic math calculations.
