 QUICK SUMMARY
 Join a fast-paced digital manufacturing team working with cutting-edge 3D
 printing technologies. We’re looking for an Production Assistant to support
 daily production, operate additive equipment, and deliver high-quality parts
 across a variety of industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Execute build startups, machine setups, and material handling
  
* Support SLA/DLP, SLS/MJF, and FDM printing operations
  
* Perform powder handling, vat swaps, and machine calibrations
  
* Conduct post-processing and finishing operations
  
* Perform visual inspections to ensure part quality
  
* Maintain equipment and support preventative maintenance

REQUIREMENTS:
  
* High school diploma required; technical degree preferred
  
* 1+ year experience in additive manufacturing (preferred)
  
* Basic understanding of 3D printing technologies and materials
  
* Ability to read prints or 3D files
  
* Comfortable working hands-on in a production environment
